The PfleMeO project commissioned by the Association of Private Health Insurers (PKV) (Care facilities<\/strong>- M<\/strong>en tal<\/strong>Encouraging O<\/strong>rganisations) pursues the goal of establishing health promotion and prevention services in accordance with \u00a7 5 SGB XI in 15 nursing homes in Germany. The IGES Institute is responsible for the implementation of the concept in cooperation with the Hans-Weinberger-Akademie, while the iso-Institut carries out the process evaluation.<\/p>\n

The process evaluation focuses on two central goals: Firstly, it should be empirically monitored how the implementation of the PfleMeO services succeeds in the facilities and how practicable the concept proves to be. Secondly, insights are to be gained into whether and to what extent an organisational development process towards a mentally encouraging organisation is set in motion by the impulses set in the project. Based on the findings, recommendations for the further development of the concept will be formulated. The project will be carried out by the iso-Institut between June 2022 and October 2024.<\/p>\n
