Die Umsetzung des Konzepts wurde vom IGES Institut in Kooperation mit der Hans-Weinberger-Akademie verantwortet, w\u00e4hrend das iso-Institut die Prozessevaluation durchf\u00fchrte. Bei der Prozessevaluation stand im Vordergrund, wie die Umsetzung der PfleMeO-Leistungen in den Einrichtungen gelang und wie praxistauglich sich das Konzept erwies. Dazu geh\u00f6rte auch zu betrachten, ob und inwieweit durch die im Projekt gesetzten Impulse einen Organisationsentwicklungsprozess hin zu einer \u201emental ermunternden Organisation\u201c in Gang setzen konnten. Auf Basis der Erkenntnisse wurden Empfehlungen f\u00fcr die Weiterentwicklung des Programms sowie Gelingensbedingungen auf der Ebene der Pflegeeinrichtungen formuliert.
