Zwar sehen die Entlastungspakete der Bundesregierung h\u00f6here Sozialleistungen f\u00fcr Empf\u00e4nger:innen von Grundsicherungsleistungen vor, aber fangen nur einen Teil der Kosten der Teuerung auf. Da mit einem Ende der Teuerung nicht zu rechnen und auch unklar ist, wie sich die Gaspreisbremse auswirken wird, gibt es weiteren Handlungsbedarf.<\/p>\n

This is where the aid programme \"WinterAktion Saar\", developed jointly by the Saarland Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs, Women and Health (MASFG) and the Advisory Council for Poverty Reduction in Saarland, comes in. It is a limited programme to fight poverty (1 November 2022 to 31 March 2023), which aims to at least mitigate the most serious consequences of (further) inflation for people in poverty in the coming winter months. The programme focuses on emergency food and shelter assistance, information and counselling to meet basic needs.<\/p>\n

Ziel der Evaluation soll sein, die Ma\u00dfnahmen des Programms zu bewerten und auf dieser Grundlage Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten. Es geht darum, einerseits die Resultate der Ma\u00dfnahmen festzustellen (summative Evaluation) und andererseits die f\u00f6rderlichen und hemmenden Faktoren f\u00fcr die praktische Umsetzung herauszuarbeiten (formative Evaluation). Im Ergebnis sollen Handlungsempfehlungen f\u00fcr die weitere Umsetzung und ggf. die Verstetigung einzelner Ma\u00dfnahmen abgeleitet werden.
