The competence centre is coordinated by the ITA in Kaiserslautern and has a regional focus on the key sectors of the automotive industry and medical technology. The aim of the interdisciplinary network is to develop and research innovative approaches for sustainable working in the circular economy with companies from these sectors and to derive practical recommendations for action. In particular, healthy, attractive working environments are to be combined with sustainable economic development. The task of the iso-Institute is to develop health-promoting strategies for transformation in companies and to test them with the practice partners. To this end, the project team will analyse the initial conditions, support needs and transformation conditions in the companies and support health-promoting work design and transformation.<\/p>\n
