The Demografie Netzwerk Saar (Demography Network Saar) (DNS) is a cross-sectoral regional network aimed at companies based in the Saarland, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, and craft enterprises.<\/p>\n
Within the framework of the project, a practical support, information, and advisory service is developed and provided to help companies make their human resources and their organisation fit for the future and to remain competitive in the face of demographic change.<\/p>\n
Das Demografie Netzwerk Saar bietet Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe durch Vermittlung von Knowhow, damit Unternehmen eigenst\u00e4ndig geeignete Ma\u00dfnahmen und Ver\u00e4nderungsprozesse in Gang setzen k\u00f6nnen, beispielsweise durch Gestaltung einer lebensphasenorientierten Personalpolitik, durch \u201adiversifizierte\u2018 Rekrutierungsstrategien und neue Wege in der Personalgewinnung, durch eine alternsgerechte Arbeitsgestaltung, durch Konzepte zur F\u00f6rderung von Gesundheit und Arbeitsf\u00e4higkeit \u00e4lterer Besch\u00e4ftigter oder auch durch Ma\u00dfnahmen zur Steigerung der Arbeitgeberattraktivit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n
The company network in the DNS promotes the inter-company transfer of knowledge and the mutual exchange of experience through networking and offers insights into good practices of companies in the Saarland.<\/p>\n
The Demography Network Saar is a component of the state government's skilled labour strategy. The project is funded by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labour, Energy and Transport and the European Social Fund and is supported by a steering committee.<\/p>\n
The project is carried out by the Institute for Social Research and Social Economy (iso<\/em>in cooperation with saarland.innovation&standort e.V.
